The Idea
We created an intelligent, adaptable booth system.
Modular at its core. Consistent in every version. A structure designed to scale—large or compact, formal or experiential—while always communicating the same message: Convergint doesn’t improvise. Convergint plans.

The booth had to accomplish three essential goals:
- Exhibit software.
- Provide truly private meeting areas.
- Represent the brand with clarity and strength.

Execution
Nothing was left to chance.
- We designed a modular structure capable of transforming between GSX (Dallas, Orlando, New Orleans) and ISS West (Las Vegas).
- We used lightweight yet durable materials: translucent mesh fabric, seamless lightboxes, dimensional lettering, suspended headers.
- We coordinated storage and maintenance between shows to ensure every installation looked brand new.
- We adapted layouts to evolving needs—private meeting rooms with real privacy, clean demo areas without distractions.

Results
A three-year contract with seven confirmed installations.
Tangible logistics savings through system reuse and quality control. A client who stopped worrying about “the next installation” and started focusing on business growth.
