(vi) Revoke your authorization and/or request deletion of the information, provided there is no legal or contractual obligation requiring its retention; and
(vii) Submit complaints to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or the competent regulatory authority in your U.S. state, or to the data protection authority of your country within the European Union, if you believe your rights have been violated.
The provision of your personal data to DIPER DESIGNERS, L.L.C., through any of the channels established in our Privacy Policy, constitutes an unequivocal, unmistakable expression of your will, allowing us to reasonably conclude that you have granted your prior, express, and informed authorization for the processing of the personal data provided.
